5.1. Cancellation Procedure
The cancellation process is initiated immediately after it is entered into the Emuhasebe system. With the approval of the relevant department and in accordance with bank rules, the cancellation is completed on the same day (before the end of the day). The canceled amount is reflected on the card on the same day.
5.2. Refund Procedure
The refund process is initiated immediately after it is entered into the Emuhasebe system. However, the refunded amount is reflected on the credit card within an average of 7-12 business days and on the debit card within approximately 30 business days, according to bank procedures. Refunds for installment payments are reflected on the card in installments by the bank.
You can submit your cancellation or refund request by sending an email from your registered email address to [email protected] or by creating a support ticket.
5.3. Services Not Subject to Cancellation/Refund
Based on the application made on behalf of the User(s), no fee for any Electronic Financial Seal Certificate that has been produced is refunded, except in the case of a Public Certification Authority (Kamu SM) error.
Without prejudice to your rights arising from the agreement signed with our business partners, electronic signatures are not subject to a refund as they are produced specifically for the individual.
The termination of the Agreement will not eliminate the rights and obligations of the Parties that have arisen until the date of termination. With the termination of the Agreement, the User(s) are responsible for all fees and expenses that have accrued until that date and will not be able to use the Site and Platform as of the termination date. In the event of the termination of prepaid memberships, no money is refunded to the User(s).
