This Privacy Policy regulates the provisions regarding the use of information and documents shared with Emuhasebe Software Technologies Joint Stock Company (“Company”) by the parties who have entered into the User Agreement (“User(s)”) during their use of the Site (“Platform”) located at emuhasebe.com. The Privacy Policy is an annex to and an integral part of the User Agreement entered into with the User.

The Content uploaded to the Site by the User is the property of the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this Content without the User’s prior consent.

The Company will not disclose the Content transmitted to it electronically through the Site to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement with the Users. In this context, the Company agrees and undertakes to keep the Content strictly private and confidential, to consider it a duty to maintain confidentiality, and to take all necessary measures and show the required care to ensure and maintain privacy and to prevent the entire or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or being used without authorization or disclosed to a third party.

If the User gives consent to the Company, the Content may be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties by the Company and its partners to provide the services requested by the User, for purposes such as payment transactions, invoicing and processing, bank integration, virtual office allocation, third-party applications that the User has allowed access to, and direct marketing, within the framework of the consent given by the User.

The Company may disclose the Content to other users for the purpose of providing requested services, such as sending invoices and sharing payment information. If the User wants to use the Content belonging to another user, they will obtain consent from the relevant user and will use the Content within the scope of this consent.

Personal information may be used to contact the User or to improve the User’s experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support for services, development of existing services, creation of new services, and offering personalized services), and may also be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties for the purpose of creating a database, maintaining memberships, and carrying out other activities necessary to provide the Company’s services to the User.

The Company may anonymize the usage and transaction information that the User performs on the Site and may store, process, and transfer it to its business partners for the time required to carry out these purposes, to be used in statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns and donation campaigns of the Company and its business partners, and in annual reports and similar reports.

The information requested from Users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be organized on the Site and who give their consent for their personal information to be processed may be used by the Company for the purpose of direct marketing to these people, conducting statistical analysis, and creating a database.

• The relevant disclosure is mandatory for the fulfillment of the obligations under the User Agreement.
• Information regarding users is requested for the purpose of conducting an investigation or inquiry duly conducted by an authorized administrative and judicial institution in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• It is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of the Users.

To identify and resolve technical problems related to the system, the Company may have to identify and use the IP address of the users when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and to collect comprehensive demographic information.

For the purposes mentioned above, the Company has the right to transfer the relevant data to its servers (the servers may belong to the Company, its affiliates, or its subcontractors) located anywhere in the world outside the country where the User resides.

It is possible to provide links to other sites and applications through the Site, and the Company bears no responsibility for the privacy practices and content of these sites and applications.

The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them on the Site. The provisions of the Privacy Policy that the Company has changed will come into force on the date they are published on the Site.
