At eMuhasebe, we’re always working to make your business processes easier and smarter. Our latest feature, Bundle Products, allows you to combine multiple items into a single sales package. This means faster invoicing, accurate stock tracking, and simplified management — all in one step.
What Is a Bundle Product?
A Bundle Product lets you group several items under one package name and sell them as a single product. For example, instead of listing a mouse, keyboard, and headset separately, you can sell them together as an “Accessory Set.”
On the invoice, your customer will clearly see each product included in the package with its price. Behind the scenes, eMuhasebe automatically updates stock levels for each component product.
This makes it ideal for promotions, campaigns, and ready-made product sets.
How It Works
Creating a bundle is quick and straightforward:
-
Add a New Bundle
-
Go to Products > New.
-
Enter the bundle name and sales price.
-
-
Add Components
-
Scroll down to the Bundle section.
-
Select the items you want to include and set their quantities.
-
-
Invoicing Made Simple
-
When an order comes in for “ABC Bundle,” the invoice won’t just list “ABC Bundle.”
-
Instead, all component items with their individual prices will appear on the invoice, giving your customer full transparency.
-
-
Smart Stock Management
-
On the invoice, the bundle appears as one line item.
-
In the background, stock movements are recorded for each component product individually.
-
Why It Matters for Your Business
